ABOUT JOE

Hello and thank you for coming to my portfolio site, and thank you for checking out my work.

I grew up in the southern suburbs of Minneapolis. Growing up, you could find me snowboarding at Buck Hill, wakeboarding and wakesurfing on Prior Lake, playing youth hockey, and riding my skateboard. I turned to design after having a cup of coffee in pro snowboarding. I was constantly exposed to the marketing and design parts of the brands I rode for and wanted to make a career involved in those areas.

I enjoy all aspects of design but especially typography, branding, and conceptualization.

In my free time these days, you can find me snowboarding, golfing, riding motorcycles, spending time on the lake with friends, and a little skateboarding.
